Notes do not load
I have downloaded a copy of Logos onto a new laptop, running Windows 10. Everything works except notes. If I click on notes it opens a new window but nothing appears in it. Sometimes I get part of the notes view appearing then it disapears! Any idea on what might be causing this?

Is it 11th gen Intel? If so please see this support page as the notes are affected.
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/196185.aspx has a bit more info about it also.

Yes thank you! And the workaround has done the trick, hoping it won't affect anything else.

So everything loads and works fine now but ... In my course videos I can hear them, but it is just a blank screen, I cannot see the presenter or text! Is this another issue with the 11th gen Intel?

I don't know if that is related. You could re-enable the acceleration and see if it works again.
I had a similar issue if I tried to watch a video through remote desktop, which if I recall correct turned out to be a limitation of WPF, if you are doing this.

I just tested this and yes it gives same problem for me.
You could create two batch files with the two separate commands from the support documents to toggle the temporary fix on and off as required, reopening Logos after a change, so when you want to watch a video you just disable it, and turn it back on when not.
I have attached the two files for use if needed, they can be checked by opening in notepad to confirm they are just the same as the fix (with an added /f command to disable prompting). They can be run by double clicking when downloaded, no need to run as administrator.
You will need to remove the .txt at the end of the file names to leave it ending .bat (forum software wont allow .bat files to be uploaded).
If you cannot see the .txt extension, you will have to enable extension viewing by going to Windows Explorer and ticking the necessary box as in image below.
Do videos work if you disable the fix? It might be useful for Bradley to know in the other thread.
It maybe that the problem prevents videos playing anyway, I cannot test that.

It may however just be easier to use https://app.logos.com/tools/courses to watch course videos.
