SUGGESTION: Treat Discourse features and Propositional Analysis filters like tools in Context Menu

I'm keen on the software consistently reminding the user of the relationships between the various tools and resources. This is somewhere between a trial balloon and a full fledged suggestion.

It could be helpful if the Discourse and Propositional Outline entries on the tab side of the Context Menu treated the respective visual filters as tools that could be turned on in the Context Menu.
