After creating sermon the Preach app is not showing up

The publish sermon button shows up but not the Preach app button. Using Logos 9. Also, I upgraded from Logos 8 to Logos 9, but Logos 9 is not compatible Mac OS 10.13.6. Is there a way to go back to Logos 8 and get a refund on Logos 9 until I can buy a newer laptop?

    Preach mode requires Logos Silver or higher. Which base package did you purchase?

    Is there a way to go back to Logos 8 and get a refund on Logos 9 until I can buy a newer laptop?

    Faithlife have a 30-day refund policy so that should be possible. You would need to contact Customer Services - contact details at https://www.logos.com/contact 

    Did Logos 9 actually try and install on your laptop? If not, it should still be running Logos 8
