Change tool tip behavior in interlinears | Faithlife Feedback a request for behavior that is less intrusive

Add missing tooltips | Faithlife Feedback consistency in control identification

Show tags in note tooltip preview | Faithlife Feedback addition to note tooltip

Dual language popup - Bible text | Faithlife Feedback

Enhance hover popup in Compare Pericopes | Faithlife Feedback version of column rather than highest priority version

popup information size increase | Faithlife Feedback

I know that more options have been discussed but I don't find them on Feedbear. These changes would solve a variety of small irritants and improve the UI experience.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I tried voting, but no luck.  Feedbear wants me to sign up or log in. I select log in but it doesn't accept my password.  I select the option to  reset the password and it says sorry... I have no record of your email address.  Interesting.  It's the same address I've had for years and years and which Faithlife and Logos use to communicate with me every day.  Guess I'll have to contact CS tomorrow.

That won't help much. Feedbear's URL feedback.faithlife.com looks like it's part of the Faithlife universe of pages, but it isn't, it's a totally separate third party that is used by FL. That means you need to set up your account with them, with an email address or such ID and a password. You might trust them to use your Logos ID and password for that, but I personally wouldn't recommend that.

Thanks... I'll give that a try.

Is this use of Feedbear fairly new?  I was able to vote on several requests (I think within the past month) based on another thread M.J. had created with links to several user requests.  I didn't have any problem voting then. [^o)]

Rick, possibly related, I had an issue signing in to Feedbear this morning. Kept showing as invalid or something similar. I ended up closing my browser and opening it back up. It then accepted my credentials. Never had that happen before.

Thanks, Scott.  That's good to know.  I went ahead with the process to set up an account with Feedbear and then I was able to vote, but I do suspect the problems we had are related.
