Niggles with Passage Lists

1. Adding bibles to Version list from the menu deletes the original versions even after adding a comma or pressing the blue arrow to confirm an entry. The only way was to manually type the version abbreviations.

2. Alt-Enter works fine for an initially empty Reference box but it is difficult to clear a non-empty box. Both it and Back Space appear to do the job but it returns when focus is moved, even after pressing the little blue arrow. A similar level of difficulty applies to the Reference box in the Add menu but at least it is hidden.

1. I'm not having this problem. If there is a list of 3 Bibles, and I click into the box, hit End or click a second time at the end of the list, type a comma and abbreviation, and press Enter, the passage for the added version is displayed. I may be misunderstanding your description, though. (It wouldn't be the first time.) [;)]

2. This is consistent with how the Reference box works in other panels.

If I select AFAT (below) BHS disappears and the list becomes LHI, AFAT

If I backspace/del to clear the box then hitting the blue arrow should confirm that I want it that way ie. empty! This works with the Add Versions box in Search Results and it has a delete x icon! In PL the box will sometimes remain empty but one should not have to second-guess when it works!

I can reproduce the problem if I select AFAT from resource drop-down list without typing any of the letters first. I'll report this. As a workaround, try typing 'AFAT' instead, or type the letter 'a' to filter the list a bit, then choose AFAT.

This still exists in Beta 4 and is really annoying. Not just in Passage Lists but in any tool that involves menu assisted entry of text eg. the Morph picker after clicking on the blue arrow.

In checking for the status of this case, I was not able to find it, so I filed a new one. It may be that I neglected to file the original, or the new one will be a duplicate. It is in the system now, though. Thanks.

Update: Original case was found and developers continue to look into the problem.
