Can anyone suggest a good bio on St. Benedict? Preferably in Logos. Also is there a study guide to his Rule(s)?

RB 1980: The Rule of St. Benedict in English with Notesby Fry, TimothyFor fifteen centuries Benedictine monasticism has been governed by a Rule that is at once strong enough to instill order and yet flexible enough to have relevance fifteen hundred years later.Benedict, Saint, Abbot of Monte Cassino, RB 1980: The Rule of St. Benedict in English with Notes, Fry, Timothy, electronic edition., 612, Collegeville, MN, The Liturgical Press, 1981, text.monographhttps://biblia.com/books/rsb1980
Benedict’s Rule: A Commentaryby Kardong, Terrence G.Benedict’s Rule: A Commentary is the first line-by-line exegesis of the entire Rule of Benedict written originally in English.A monk who has striven to live according to the Rule of Benedict for thirty-five years, Father Kardong relates it to modern monastic life while examining the sources (Cassian, Augustine, and Basil) Benedict used to establish his Rule. Overviews—summaries of notes, source criticism, or structural criticism—follow some chapters, and a large bibliography of the current scholarship and source references are also included. Benedict’s Rule: A Commentary is invaluable to libraries and to those who are called to interpret the Rule. It will be opened again and again.Kardong, Terrence, Benedict’s Rule: a commentary, electronic edition., Collegeville, MN, The Liturgical Press, 1996, text.monograph.commentaryhttps://biblia.com/books/rbencomm
The Life of Saint Benedict, Patriarch of the Western Monksby Gregory the GreatThe Life of Saint Benedict highlights the saint known as the founder of Western monasticism, Benedict of Nursia. The volume begins with an introduction to St. Benedict, and then narrates the events of his life and the writing of the “Rule of Saint Benedict,” which shaped monasticism as we know it today. Describing numerous miracles, visions, and prophecies attributed to the saint, The Life of Saint Benedict also details monastic life, Benedict’s interactions with his brother monks, the miracle at the death of his sister, St. Scholastica. Written in the early medieval period by Gregory the Great, this account of St. Benedict’s life has been a treasured part of the Christian tradition for almost two thousand years.Gregory the Great, The Life of Saint Benedict, Patriarch of the Western Monks, Benedict, Saint, Abbot of Monte Cassino., Baltimore, John Murphy & Co., McMahon, P. These 3 should give you a good start.

Well, the obvious biography of St. Benedict is the one St. Gregory the Great wrote, namely the 2nd of his Dialogues.
I have not done as much study of the Rule as I probably should, but Monks have told me that Kardong is quite good. I have also heard good things about Fry.
Since I've read St. Gregory's biography of St. Benedict, I am very happy to recommend it.
