Why is there not a Counseling Guide on the Web App?

Unfortunately, the Counseling Guide was not implemented for the Web App.
However, you will find that almost all of the same information is available by selecting the counseling theme in the Factbook tool.

For clarity that means when you are typing the topic/entry in the factbook search one option will say "Counseling Theme" beside the topic.

This is not always the case. In some cases, the Counseling Theme entry has been merged with a Topic entry. However, if you see two different options, you would want to select the one with that indicates "Counseling Theme".

I'm not aware of any plans to do this in the near future.

Correct, I was referring to when you said select the counseling theme. When I first read that I was looking for a checkbox somewhere on the sidebar and then realized what you were talking about.
Thanks for helping clarify!

Just to make our intentions clear to anyone reading this thread, we are fully committed to building up the Web App. However, as much as we'd like to deliver every feature fully complete to all platforms, sometimes we have to make the choice to build certain features (or a subset of them) only in Desktop. At least initially. This is often because there's a lot more "under the hood" already developed on Desktop, which hasn't yet been written on the web, which allows us to deliver them more quickly there. There's no shortage of things to build on the web, and we're regularly looking to user feedback for what to prioritize. Thanks!
