Finding coursewae media to delete

Hiya

I have been follwoing several mobile ed courses. For each one the software downloads the video's as I wantch them. I only have a smallish SSD drive though and it gets filled up to the extent logos cant index. Is there an easy way to identy all of the videos I have downloaded and delete the lot in one go rather than go though each course I have and see if media has been downloaded and delete them individuallly per course ?

Exit Logos and delete the folder C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\random-userId\WebCache

On Mac, it is /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/random-userId/WebCache
