I noticed that volume 3's documentation shipped tonight so I started poking around and I noticed there were 6 videos but only 5 multipages. It seems the one from Malta is missing.
I should also note that when you select DeSilva as a filter it lists 4 media collections for him. There are 2 volume 3's listed; one with 190 and one with 77
