New International Bible Dictionary (Merrill C Tenney, J D Douglas) did not show up in Topic Guide, F

I have New International Bible Dictionary (Merrill C Tenney, J D Douglas) in my library, but it never show up in my list of DICTIONARIES in Topic Guide, Factbook :

It is due to New International Bible Dictionary has no "Header Text"? Can Faithlife do something about it?

I have removed ZNIBD, then restart Logos, download ZNIBD and let Logos reindex... still not getting ZNIBD in my Topic Guide, Factbook.

I then made ZNIBD as my top priority Dictionary, still not getting any result.

I am using Logos 8.17 on Windows 8.1

Tes' suggestion to contact Customer Services would normally be a good one - but with Logos 8.17 and Windows 8.1 both being unsupported they might not be able to do anything and refer you back to the forums.

I don't know if there were any issues in 8.17 or earlier which means ZNIDB won't appear but it is possible the resource has been updated and requires features in the software that were not present in 8.17

Hi Graham, Some times when I purchase resources I could not find them under their title I had to call to customer service out of this experience was my recommendation.

No!
Tyndale Bible Dictionary also lacks that Search Field, but it appears in the results.

What version of the resource do you have?

I know that version 2020-09-17T01:38:05Z of LLS:ZNIBD appears in the Topic Guide for Logos 9.
