Date format - World & US

I am pleased to see that in the LOGOS 9.3 update notes that it says: Known Issue: All dates are parsed in US date format (month, day, year). In 9.4, date parsing respects your operating system’s locale.

For those of us living outside the USA, this will be helpful, as I for one always find it confusing when for instance 4 MARCH 2021 is shown, US-style, as 03/04/21 while for most of the world that date means 3 APRIL 2021.

The 4 MARCH 2021 should be shown, for most of us in the rest of the world, as 04/03/21 or if you using a computer-style date system 2021-03-04.

It is also interesting to note that NATO forces, including US forces, use the date system of DAY/MONTH/YEAR.

Thank you for taking this on board.

It might also be useful for the opening times of the offices/customer service centre to be shown as UTC/GMT as well as your local US-Pacific Time.

God bless from the UK.

The context for that statement is around importing CSV files into the Sermon Manager tool

Are there other areas of the app where you see this that you would like addressed?
