Recover wish list items? - RESOLVED

After hours (way too long, I know) of developing a wishlist on my PC for the current $4.99 sale, I moved certain items to my shopping cart, removed them from the wishlist, then left. In the meantime, I looked at my shopping cart on my phone and was surprised to see that only two items I had put there (apparently) a while ago were on it. When I returned to my PC, only the two items that were in the shopping cart from my phone were there and there was no trace of the curating I had done for hours. (It seems the shopping cart from the PC does not get saved to the one I can see from my phone, but the one from my phone DOES get saved to the one I can see from my PC. Odd, I know.)

I did all of this because puzzlingly, there is no way to move things between wishlists. (Please make this feature available.)

Is there a way to recover items formerly on an existing wishlist? Perhaps a stupid question, but I was ready to pull the trigger. Perhaps Someone is telling me to stop buying books. Surprise
