When you load a layout, panels that are "hidden" behind other panels do not become truly active. Among other things, they don't navigate as part of their link set until you make that panel visible once. However, those panels should navigate to the correct spot as soon as you make them visible, so the only bug here should be the incorrect title.
The initially hidden dictionaries don't actually follow along either, but you can't tell, because their title doesn't change based on location, and they navigate to the correct spot once made visible.
Does that line up with your experience?
No - because I put each of them in focus to see that they were at Mary - so they were in focus for a second time when they failed. I forgot, however, to verify that they had an article. I'll check on that.
