Additional Items not working

Additional items menu doesn't work. Can't copy verses to Word.

    Where is this menu found? Can you post a screenshot? 

    Can't copy verses to Word. 

    Have you tried other methods to copy to Word?

    Does Tools => Copy Bible Verses work ?

    Curious about versions of Word, Logos/Verbum, and Operating System ?

    Recent thread => Smart tags stopped working discussion mentions Word update causing Additional Actions to be useless: 

    Faulting module name: wwlib.dll, version: 16.0.13801.20266,

    Sadly, I discovered that this version causes the Additional Actions menu item to be unresponsive with a Smart Tag (and other Actions) on two machines. No crash. This doesn't look like Actions are being phased out, so a future update of Office could resolve the problem. 

     

    The previous version 16.0.13628.20380 was OK with Smart Tags.

    This is what I've been experiencing for the last week or so with Word. It freezes up when I attempt to open the Additional Actions options menu. One such crash offered me the opportunity to report it to MS which I did. The others have not.

     

    Back to using Copy Bible Verses for now.
