For the same reason that the resource preview panel isn't showing UI that allows you to purchase the product in the application or via a link to the store. Some resources don't have a direct link to a purchasable product. This can be for a large variety of reasons. I don't know the specific reasons why this resource is not getting a purchase option.

Agreed. We'd prefer both the link to open the resource preview and having it show up in the Store section.
I have this problem too. Preferably, I would like an option (within preferences?) to have Logos only search resources I own. When resources I don't own show up in a list, I click on them to do some research, and find I don't own it. It wastes time. Thanks for your consideration.
