Are Shortcut Bar labels suppose to sync? Or are they just machine specific at this time?
I ask because I added some at work today, and they do not appear on my home machines.

Good point. They didn't sync for me either.
They won't sync to a version that does not recognise them. I would expect them to sync to another 4.1 installation but not to 4.0d.

I am running 4.1 on all 3 machines ( what can I say, I like living on the edge... )

No, not that I remember, I was playing around with shortcut labels and changing them . Here is the order of events, as far as I can recollect:
This sounds like a bug and needs to be reported as such. Posts phrased as questions often get overlooked by Logos when they're looking for bug reports. I've started a new thread and linked back to this one.

I am able to Sync shortcuts between 4.1 and 4.0d with no problem, whether I create in 4.0d or 4.1; with/without a label (the label isn't shown in 4.0d but the shortcut is). Deleted shortcuts also sync irrespective of where they were created.
