BUG or intended behavior of Factbook search

Using the term "Jesus" as the search argument I ran an Everything search which includes a Factbook section and a Basic search on the Factbook resource. They both returned 232 entries but the Everything search formatted the results with subheadings while the basic search did not - it gave results in an undiscernible order. Should the Basic search results also be formatted with subheadings?

Your screenshot doesn't show the results of an Everything search. Your screenshot shows the Factbook tool's "All pages" page, which is linked to by the Everything search's Factbook result.

You are correct that the Factbook search option in the Search panel does not have grouping. It's the same section that existed in L8, and just shows all of the results in scoring order (the same order as is shown in the Top Results group in Factbook). There aren't currently any plans to group the results in the Search panel as is done in the Factbook tool, but I can see the value.
