I have spent the last two months bringing my Bible notes from WS to Logos. Today I have updated my Logos to 9.3 Sr 1, and I looked and lost all my notes and Bible highlights. What happen to them? Please help.

Do you mean they no longer appear in the Notes Tool - or they are no longer visible in your resources?
If the latter, it might mean that a visual filter has been turned off
