Notes won't load on Web App
I constantly have an issue where I get a red error box in my notes window stating : "An error occurred. Unable to load Notes".
I'm not able to see any of my notes (window remains blank), when I get this error.
If I filter it down to a notebook, it will sometimes show my notes in that notebook and other times repeat the error.
Any ideas what is going on and what the fix is?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

I've just tried this and it works fine, so its not a general system failure.
I don't know what is causing it but it would be good to know:
- what computing device you are using
- which browser
- what type of network connection you are using
- whether you are behind any firewall that you know of
