That's a DAC, Jack!

DAC...as in Dictionary of the Apostolic Church, to be exact. This resource appears to be the next Hastings CP resource that is ready to make a move to the production bin. This one could go out the door for the $4 price if we can just get the same folks who bid on GMWB to take the plunge. People...there's no reason not to just put in your bid at $12 right now. It's not going to go out at that price...it will go lower. Just get the bid in--NOW, so we can work on the others too. I would like to see all the Hastings titles cleared from CP before summer's end.

I'm in at ten! At quick glance the title says dictionary but after a quick read of the description it may very well feel like an encyclopedia due to the 100+ contributors. I think this is one of the strengths of Hastings' works. He brings many of his contemporaries together to accomplish massive work.

I've been in at $24 from the beginning. Looks like it will be no more than $10 by the time it goes through. Maybe even $8 or $6. :-) But lets get those $10 or higher bids in to get it over the top and then we'll see where it goes from there.

I learned this week that at least one Jack was so displeased with his given name that he named himself "Jack" - Clive Stables Lewis took the name "Jacksie" (and eventually "Jack") at the age of four. It must be an important name.

I learned this week that at least one Jack was so displeased with his given name that he named himself "Jack" - Clive Stables Lewis took the name "Jacksie" (and eventually "Jack") at the age of four. It must be an important name.

Or perhaps, a name for important people. [:D] A few months ago, the wife and I watched a series on C S Lewis where we learned of the adopted name change. That is good company, name wise, indeed.
