I recognize that these are from the untagged  Early American Imprints but we have very, very little on Quakers so giving these visibility is important:

  • Clark, Christopher with Society of Friends. A Confession of Faith Held by a Society of Friends Called Separates, Containing Their Fundamental Principles. Early American Imprints, 1639-1800; No. 42573. Williamsburg Va.: Clementina Rind, 1774.
  • Society of Friends. A Confession of Faith, in the Most Necessary Things of Christian Doctrine, Faith and Practice. Early American Imprints, 1639-1800; No. 635. Philadelphia: Printed and sold by William Bradford in Philadelphia, 1693.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
