Logos was working fine heading into Camp Logos, but now that I'm home I get a yellow triangle (with an exclamation point) in the sync icon. Any help on what is causing the problem? Thanks.

that symbol has almost always meant i was not connected to the internet. Obviously since you sent this post you are connected. Try closing down and restarting logos.
Tried closing down and restarting Logos. The yellow triangle comes up in a few seconds. Philip, you are correct that I have internet access...I am writing this post from the same laptop. Thanks.

Do you have any firewall software that might be blocking Logos for some reason
Jacob, I don't. Thanks.
Try entering "Open LLS:42.20.31" in the command bar, scrolling it and then closing the resource. Then type "Sync now" in the command bar.
Tom, that worked. Interestingly, I had opened that particular resource on my iPad on Thursday to demonstrate the iPad to someone at Camp Logos. I never opened it on my Mac. I would guess the last time I had sync issues it was a similar event...issues with resources I had opened on my iPad. Have you came across this with any one else? Thanks much!
We've seen sync errors in the past, but no one has ever reported that. I'll talk with the mobile developers on Monday to see if there's any correlation.
I am having this same erro with the yellow triangel. I tried what was recommended to you, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
You will need to post your logs for a personally crafted solution.
i think i posted in the wrong forum. I have windows not MAC. also, I do not know what logs are
Hi Kelly
Logs provide diagnostic information to help understand what is happening when your system experiences a problem.
For information on enabling logging please see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
For information on uploading those logs to the forums please see http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs
Then I suggest you start a new post in the Logos 4 forum at http://community.logos.com/forums/76.aspx
Hope this helps
Graham
