A27 Freeze and force quit

Finished doing my daily devotional and saved the layout (I use this to keep all my work spaces and reading positions saved to their last known spot) then hit Command Q with L4 active to quit. It stopped responding and after a short time I did a force quit. The two posts from today show the major symptoms I get on Snow Leopard. My other installation never has issues during operation. Sometimes syncing doesn't leave me where I think it should but that could be an error of perception too.

    Was this on your 10.6 or your 10.5 instance? Does it work if you're working online? I noticed in the logs, this instance was working offline.
