Where in program settings is "clear wear marks"? I am feeling rather foolish for not finding what I am sure was/is there.
You can turn them off with the "Show Auto and Favorite Bookmarks" setting.
They're called "Visual Bookmarks" in Logos, which covers a variety of types. Specifically these ones are called "Auto Bookmarks". You can turn them off here.
