Hello All,
Purchased resources are not showing up in my library.
1. I purchased "Baptism: A Guide from Lifel to Death" under an incorrect email address and when I spoke with support they told me they would merge accounts. I still do not see this resource and its been more than 48 hrs.
2. I purchased the Lexham Research Commentaries and owned some of them but not the latest matthew and daniel. I do not see those two items in my library and its been around 24 hours.
The aforementioned resources are not showing up in my library. I tried rebooting, checking the App online and compared devices and none of them show. Any suggestions? I also keep trying to obtain help from Logos Support via chat and haven't received a reply. I called and get rerouted through their automated system to the forums. Terrible experience. Have been working through this issue since Saturday. Please advise.
