Preaching Mode Question

In preaching mode, how do we determine the amount of text that we want to display on a page? I would like to have only one paragraph displayed per page instead of two. How do i do that?

    The only controls we have are adjusting either the font size or line spacing (avalable by clicking the Aa button)
