Passage Guide not working

When I try to use passage guide, nothing happens. I type in the passage, hit return and nothing, no results

Try:

type in passage reference
select from drop down menu
hit enter
get results (this is the crucial point, I've assumed you are skipping step 2 which I have lots of practice at myself).

Thanks, that is a point I left out of my post. There is no drop down appearing.

I just solved my own problem. For some reason the drop down "add" on the far right hand column did not have anything selected. When I selected "Commentaries" behold! Commentaries appeared [8-|]

That sounds like an indexing problem: is the program indexing? Unfortunately, if it is not, I don't know what index to remove and rebuild.
