Referencing location and citation

Hey All,

Is it possible to have citation include a hyperlink to the location of the book? I see in the settings there is an option but it doesn't seem to do anything. The Turabian citation is all I get. I had hoped that I could get it to put the citation info and then a hyperlink, or hyperlink the citation.

As far as I know, it is possible to get a citation. It is possible to get a link. It isn't possible to get both in one package. 

Do you know how to get the link?

Sorry, I had to check to make sure I said correctly. 

In the resource menu, click on "copy location as"

I've just tried this and, with the setting Hyperlink copied citations set to Yes , the a hyperlink was included in the citation.

Can you give an example where this is not working for you?

Hi Graham,

Below is what I did.

My settings, the book I copied from, and the output. The first is straight CTRL+C/V, the linked reference is using the CTRL+ALT+C/V

This is pasting into Roam Research.

To add, I just tried pasting into Word and it worked. Any ideas why it wouldn't work in another program?

I didn't know that! I don't remember ever seeing this. I will have to be on the lookout.
