It looks like one of your scan paths is set to "/" or it's a resource discovery path in your LibronixDLS path

Can you run the following commands in Terminal and copy and paste the results into a reply?

defaults read com.libronix.LibronixDLS ResourcePaths

defaults read com.logos.Logos_Bible_Software_4

By way of comparison, noticed some defaults differences on iMac with usable A27 and Logos for Mac 1.2.2:
