Does anyone know when the L8 Legacy Library Sale ends? I am considering when to contact my sales representative.
Not sure, but I snagged the Platinum one on day 1 because it was on my wish list.
I don't know when it ends but I appreciate you mentioning it as I picked up one. Thanks.
I wish Faithlife wouldn't be so coy about including end dates with their sales.
I try to set a monthly budget to spread my spend and my credit card statement is mid month, so it's always helpful to know if I "need" to buy before or after the statement date - or to pass up the sale because I'll overspend.
Completely agree, Paul. I find it unprofessional of them.

I normally find whoever handles the Twitter account will let you know. But they haven't posted this sale yet on Twitter. It's a very strange approach to not advertise the end date. I can only assume it's designed to encourage us to make knee jerk decisions based on not wanting to miss out, but I wonder whether it creates more returns than might otherwise be the case.

Not wanting to miss out is a strong human psychological component. Too, FL gets free advertising in the forums, as people try to parse the mystery of the end time.
I think all sales should have a counter ticking down.
Twitter: not for me, I'm afraid.
BTW, I appreciate you letting us know of sales.
Happy Easter, Paul.

This is all your fault. I bought 3 packages. [:)]
4 packages, US$30, 87 books. Thanks!
What else did everyone get? I'm eyeballing a few things before the sale ends.
I got the Jewish Messianic Bronze for $30, which gave me the Wiersbe OT commentaries and the NT Life Application set.

Same here! I think it really depends on what you already have, from when they were regular BP's
I’m considering Messianic Gold because it has a lot of Judaica resources that cost more elsewhere
I bought Messianic Gold, mainly because of "Outside the Bible" resource.
Also some other useful resources ...
I got Lutheran Gold, mostly for the Encyclopedia of Christianity.
How is that encyclopedia?
Honestly, I have not used it enough to really say yet.
Here are some reviews of (parts of) the Encyclopedia of Christianity:

Ultimately I "only" bought one Legacy Library. Even though my sales representative is on parental leave he was still able to process the order for me after he returned home from the hospital. [Y][:D]
If the Legacy sale ends tomorrow, it'll be a mercy killing. Follow me here.......I had the regular Silver package, which I upgraded before Logos 9. I recently brought Logos 8 to Logos 9. So I happen to look at the Legacy sale. If I look at the sale it tells me I can get the Legacy Silver for about $198.I look at the list of resources I'll be getting and I'm told I ALREADY HAVE every resource on the list! So for $198, what am I getting?Scenario two. I already have the Messianic Jewish Bronze which I recently upgraded to Silver after Logos 9. I look at the Legacy page and it shows there are resources I can get by getting the Legacy Silver Messianic "upgrade". Resources that are new to me.The way this looks to me is there were resources in the packages that weren't carried over when Logos was upgraded to Logos 9 and now you can buy them in the Legacy sale. What was the reason for this? If I upgraded a package before Logos 9, it looks like I own resources that weren't carried over to Logos 9.Please, PLEASE tell me I'm wrong! I love Logos. I just looked back and I wrote my first check to Logos in 1999. Their software is amazing! Their people, also amazing!

I can't follow you here, but for clarification:
The packages are redone every release. "silver 9" has nothing to do with "silver 8." Things are regularly removed and added... but nothing is removed from your library if you purchased it. Furthermore, if resource X is in L8, then you get a discount price if it is in a package you are thinking of buying in L9.
Okay here's a screenshot. It's long and I hope it's readable. I own every resource shown on this page. So what am I paying $198 for?
I don’t know - but I am seeing the same thing.
If I look at the sale it tells me I can get the Legacy Silver for about $198.
Looking at the Screen shot you posted, there is no "Purchase" button visible.
Yes, but here's the parent page!
Not only that, here's a Legacy "upgrade" I bought yesterday for $4.83. Today I can buy it again for $56.
I don't think so. Even though it's harder to see in the black theme you're using, the "Add to cart" buttons have a different shade of green: Those normally in a very light green (for you: in a slightly darker green) are "greyed out" since you own the bundle. You can buy Messianic Jewish Silver for $24, though (and maybe only until later today)
Aha! You're right! By running my mouse over the buttons, I get a different pattern over some of the "Add to" areas. As I sometimes stare at my screen for hours at a time, I find the dark pattern much easier on my eyes.Gerry
