Logos 9 hangs and/or crashes on Macbook

Maybe I'm just asking too much of the software. I'm in seminary and using Logos. I use multiple floating windows in Logos ie. 1) Notes 2) Media video 3) Media transcript 4) either a tool or guide. In this example, I trying to create a doc or a passage guide for my notes and media transcript. When I select Docs to create a new doc, logos hangs (spinning wheel). There is no way out except to "force quit" logos. I get a IOS crash report that says Logos is not responding. Watching the activity monitor, I see that Logos is using 1.7Gb of virtual memory and 520+ Mb of real memory. Looking at the faults and paging, I suspect my machine can't keep up with the demands of Logos. Throw in Firefox with a couple of windows doesn't help the situation.

Techsupport has asked for screen videos and Logos logs, which have been hard to capture. Apple's tools aren't the easiest to use.

Anyone else running into this or have insights? Thanks...
