Parallel Resource Query

Hi,

I am curious why the following is happening,

I happened upon Iren., Adv. Haer. 4.18 in...

Patrologia Graeca, Tomus VII: Latin Text (Type=Monograph)

I don't read Latin, so I looked for an English parallel resource and noticed that...

Patrologia Graeca, Tomus VII: Greek Text (Type=Ancient Manuscript)

appears as a parallel, but not...

Ante-Nicene Fathers 1: The Apostolic Fathers with Justin Martyr and Irenaeus (Type=Ancient Manuscript Translation)

All three are indexed for Irenaeus, all three have this specific reference, all are different types (or are they?)

I added the ANF01 to the same series as the two Patrologia resources, just to rule that out, but same issue.

I added all three to a collection and they all appear in that collections parallel resource set, just not the 'All Parallel resources' set.

I suppose the actual question is why do the two Patrologia resources appear as parallels when they are not the same type?

Does anyone have any idea what I am missing? Maybe related to the new Types?

I am off to bed (UK) so thanks in advance if anyone answers.

ANF1 responds to the <Irenaeus = Against Heresies 4.18> milestone, or <Irenaeus = Adv. Haer. 4.18>

I don't have your 'parallel' resources, but see if they respond to a search for {Milestone <Irenaeus = Against Heresies 4.18>} or {Milestone <Irenaeus = Adv. Haer. 4.18>}

Type isn't important. They just need to have the same Index (Irenaeus) and overlapping reference ranges.

I'm not sure why the ANF don't show as parallel resources. But Dave is spot on with his milestone search - in fact I own six Logos resources that contain this milestone, including the three you mentioned (plus two PBs):

and the built-in "all parallel resources" view misses the two ANF volumes:

(as it has six resources, the last two being the PBs, but should show all eight)

I then made a collection for Irenaeus, included the Patrologia VII works in it and made it available for showing up in parallel resources: This works!

(again, 'Irenaeus' is a simple collection with the rule: author:irenaeus and the two Migne-authored Patrologia VII resources added manually - i.e. 17 resources in my library - in parallel resources only those 8 show that have the milestone Irenaeus Adv Her. 4.18 tagged)

Thank you both, I have done a full index rebuild also but same issue.

I get essentially the same as NB.Mick in the search results, both show up.

I will do a few tests later with other resources to see if can spot a pattern, the ANF is of one of the new resource types, perhaps they are not being queried in the 'All parallel resource' search/index.
