spotty corresponding notes and highlights

Am I the only one here?

I regularly have three Bibles open in three panels, Greek, English, Hebrew.  I've been doing this for years. 

Now I'm noticing that when I add notes or highlights, they may or may not show  up in the other Bibles.  It took me a while to find the right versions that did this, but now it's not working as it did.

Any thoughts?

Are there some specific instances of this you could show in a screenshot?
