Syncing problem with Desktop Logos
I have Samsung Galaxy S7 tap with Logos App install. For few weeks, notes I made on the Logos of my tab have not been synced with the desktop Logos.
To fix it, I deleted and reinstalled Mobile Logos. The notes I made on the tap are showing but the notes made on the desktop are not and vice versa.
Since Mobile Logos successfully downloaded notes I created on the Tab, I believe Logos.com must have separate cloud storages for mobile devices and desktop devices and these devices are failing to sync with one another.
So, the problem is not on me but on the Logos Software.
Please check it out for me.

The first thing to verify is that you are using the same credentials (username & password) on both devices. Can you verify?
If they are the same, screenshots might be instructive.

How are you checking that the notes and highlights are not syncing?
Are you looking in specific resources or in the Notes Tool?
If you haven't checked in the Notes Tool I would recommend you do that. If they are visible there then we can look at why they are not showing up in resources.
