iPod Touch: apparent resources available offline do not download

I am trying to download on my latest iPod Touch with 1.4.2 Logos app some resources that are available offline, but they attempt to download and after 5 minutes, they say "unable to download" such and such app such as the Dictionary of Biblical Languages with Semantic Domains for Hebrew Bible.

Any thoughts? Is this still buggy?

Guys, I am finding that even when it says they are available for download on the website, it is hit amd miss and not my doing.

I am able to download Dictionary of Biblical Languages with Semantic Domains for Hebrew Bible without a problem. It is a rather large resource (55MB for the iPhone app) and if the connection is lost during the download, the download will fail.
