Yes there are ebooks and most of them ficiton so not high on most's priority list in terms of Logos resources but the metada that is avaiable should be reliable all the same.

Maybe those are publication years in the Hebrew calendar. This year (2020-2021) is 5781. They're all still in the future, but not quite as far in the future...
