Changes to Sermon Builder in Logos 9.5 beta 1

The release notes for 9.5 beta 1 has:

The first two - particularly the first one - are really helpful, thank you

I don't understand the third. Hitting Enter twice for me simply seems to add in two blank lines. What am I missing?

Hitting ENTER twice will now leave a Block Quote.

If your current style is a Block Quote, and you hit enter on a blank line, it should leave the Block Quote style and go back to Normal.

I understand now - it means that you will no longer be in a Blockquote style

I thought it meant that it would result in a Block quote being left in the document!
