How to bump Faithlife unanswered questions?

In the forums, every week I go through and bump posts that have received no replies. In the Faithlife discussion groups how are unanswered questions intended to be brought to the attention of Faithlife e.g. Activity - Logos Resource Panel - Faithlife has a month old question that deserves an answer:
