Disappearing video... anyone else?
This has started happening occasionally in my courses: my videos, which are all downloaded, will only play the sound when I run them, not the video itself, within Logos. Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't know if my memory is faulty or not, but I "Think" I remember having an issue like that and it turned out to be related to how I had "scaling" set in Logos preferences. It is under the Setup tool. I'm not home right now so I can't provide a screen shot (sorry).
I don't remember if it was just the system scaling or resource scaling or both. Anyway check and see how your system is set. If other than 100% try changing to 100% to see if that fixes the issue. I (again) "think" that there was a bug ticket put in for this a while back.
P.S. The system I had this issue on was a Mac.

Thanks Roy... yes my scaling was set to 100%, but as I went through my settings, I also noticed that Harware Acceleration was turned off. I turned it on, restarted and
a. things seemed to load faster, and
b. My video showed up.
Have no idea if that was the fix or not, or just a coincidence. I'll know as I continue over the next few days.

Do you have the latest 11th Generation Intel processor e.g. i5-8250 is 8th gen, whilst i5-1135 is 11th gen.
