Is there an interlinear version of the Peshitta?

Although I am no fan of reverse interlinears, I would accept one for the Syriac if a normal interlinear is not available.

You are the most vocal advocate for Syriac & Aramaic (Targumic) resources on the forum, afaik. Are you working with the OL, or do you rely on English translations?
To me, this is an area of significant oversight on FL's part. If there isn't anything of an interlinear nature available, then FL should employ Lexham in an effort to produce something of this sort for Logos. I'm guessing, but it seems to me that this is something along the lines of "if you build it they will come".

Regarding syriac, I think (names elude me) another lady is the Syriac expert ... she catches the problems (giving deserved credit). My interest occurs where translation forces a 'decision' (instant commentary). Do you translate 'hard' and misleading, or 'local' and possibly inaccurate. Syriac forces decisions.
Folks sort of forget the Jewish Bible, and the Jewish Messiah writings (aka New Testament) are all jewish writings, both presented in a largely foreign language (greek). The greek would not be the 'natural' way to say something, but unavoidable for the diaspora. So, Syriac (and its good friend aramaic) provide clues (said to be working backwards from the greek ... LXX and NT).
My own pontificating and guessifying, much (let's say maybe 99%) of Christianity hangs on the greek language/concepts, and so, semitic thinking is itself, foreign. A glance at Sanders, while reaching for one more 'go' at a greek lexicon. One big reason why the Logos 'sense' is so silly.
I'm thankful for 'somebodies' at FL that years back, saw the value for syriac ... aramaic ... some Babylonian/Hittite/Egyptian, and maybe even 'Canaanite'. All without prepub voting, I think.
My guess ... FL can't afford these luxuries anymore, unless directly chargable ... one more dataset.

Is there any good English translation of the Peshitta available in Logos?

I forgot to answer. I don't care about the english, beyond the OL I don't know(syriac!). Mainly, I work in linguistic mathematics ...imagine metaphorically, a magnifying glass scanning forward, as the author is writing, and predicting his next phrasing, while already tracking his argument signs (for readers/listeners). When you see a major bump, a good answer is often in a nearby translation.

Jan, for the NT, Kiraz is solid; Murdoch did an earlier one which is interesting for comparison. But more importantly, the old syriac gospels received multiple separate treatments, where comparison is important (not allowing greek to overlay the syriac).
For the OT, the only one I like/accept is the Antioch Bible, which is incomplete, and no longer available in Logos. A more well known one (Lamb ... name??) is too much an edited KJV.
Altogether, Logos has 27 english-syriac resources, but only 2 for the whole NT and none for the whole OT.

Found it, thanks!
OT would've been great though...

Wow, didn't realize this happened. I have meant to get it for a long time, and I'm super disappointed I can't any longer.

Since FL is the publisher of this lexicon, perhaps they would consider revising it at some point to include transliteration of the entries. I personally find Syriac and Arabic to be nearly inscrutable, so having a depiction of the lexeme in English script would go a long way toward making the lexicon useful.
Going to take this opportunity to again request:
FL...PLEASE PRODUCE AN INTERLINEAR SYRIAC/ENGLISH BIBLE, and please include a line of LITERAL transliteration into English script.

The best days for syriac in Logos seem to be in the past (esp. after nearly nothing from Gorgias remains.) But I have not lost hope for the thesaurus...

I second this. Is there a forum where we can request resources like there is for features?

Yes, the feedback site is feedback.faithlife.com i.e. Roadmap | Faithlife

I understood this to be the publishers decision.

But as the Thesaurus is already in Community Pricing, only people who show interest will help ;-)

Thank you hastaenuntius ... I had not noticed it! I try to remind other people, but I need reminding too.
Edit:
Just for info, the forum software wants a space after a web link, to activate it.

It says my bid for the thesaurus will likely succeed. I wonder what precisely "succeed" means in this context. [:P]
