I am attempting to do a Passage Analysis of John "I Am" statements & I cannot see the complete picture, so I tried to export it to a .pdf & that turns up blank.

Am I doing something wrong?

I can see the complete "I am" tree in Windows 10.

    • when entering I am, ensure that both words are visible in the drop down, then select the phrase.
    • try enlarging the window
    • try dragging the tree left/right and up/dowm
    • ensure your Scaling settings are not excessive  i.e. revert to 100% if necessary

Hi Dave, thank you for the response. I did check my scaling and it was at 110%, however, even when I reverted it back to 100% I still get the same result. I already have the window open at full screen. It's weird, but it seems that halfway down the screen,  everything is blank.

Quirky suggestion is reducing Passage Analysis scaling:

followed by repeatedly changing width of Passage Analysis, which causes more to appear vertically:

Screen shots show Logos 9.5 Beta 2 on macOS Big Sur 11.3

An external monitor (with lower dpi resolution) seems to vertically expand quicker when changing width of Passage Analysis

Hi KS4J, thank you for the reply. I did the scaling as you suggested and took it all the way down. This helped a little bit, but I still am unable to see the entire Passage Analysis.

This helped a little bit, but I still am unable to see the entire Passage Analysis.

For me, more of Passage Analysis slowly appeared vertically by wiggling right edge back and forth many times.

Logos 9.5 Beta 2 on macOS Big Sur 11.3 in Light Mode also has Passage Analysis display issue:

    Reduced Scaling:

Wiggled right edge of Passage Analysis floating window many times: (slower wiggling seems to speed up vertical drawing downward)

After Passage Analysis appeared, dragged bottom of window down vertically.

Light Mode print/export to PDF "as shown on screen" has Scaling issue with much cut off:

    7608.95B2_Passage_Analysis_NASB95_I_am_Light.pdf

Replicated Dark Mode print/export to PDF lacking any portion of Passage Analysis diagram.

Okay, I tried to expand & go smaller real fast and move the the passage around the screen, this works in increments & after about 15 minutes it looks like I have about half of the passage, then it went back to the original cut off. I was able to recover part of the passage analysis again, but this just seems like too much work. It should just appear whole, or is this the expectation that I should have to shift the size of the picture continually in order to get the whole? Maybe they should tell us this in the instructions. I don't know, I really like this feature, but it seems like it has always had bugs for me ever since I discovered it.

Agree Passage Analysis has buggy improvement opportunities. Concur wiggling screen width should not be needed to see the whole.

Thanks for reporting this. I've filed a bug report.
