Run a search for "Praise the Lord" NOT INTERSECTS <Person God> in Psalms. The phrase occurs at the beginning and end of a chapter, and "Lord" is generally not tagged for <Person God>.

The Hebrew is regarded as an Interjection and it has been translated as "Hallelujah", but it should be treated consistently across Reverse Interlinear Bibles translating it as "Praise the Lord" e.g. compare NET and NLT, where NLT treats"Lord" as inserted but tags it as <Person God> in many cases (but not all)!
