Creating Notes from Factbook resources - Anchor points to Factbook not the resource

In v9 (not sure about other versions), using Factbook and selecting resources they open in their own tab. Selecting the tab opens the resource. I have a notebook  to capture my notes. When I highlight the text in the resource, the note is created but the anchor point for that note opens the Factbook, not the resource book I'm using. Is there a way to get the anchor to point to the correct resource?

    I'm not seeing this behaviour - so not sure I am understanding your description properly.

    Please post screenshots (using the paperclip icon in the forum editor) showing which Factbook article you are using and which resource you are opening.
