I use preaching mode on an iPad while delivering a sermon and the slides I have created scroll along with the sermon. Is there a way to present those slides from my iPad while in preaching mode?

Not that I can think of.
There is a link between preaching mode and Proclaim - so if a church is using Proclaim (presentation software also provided by Faithlife), clicking a slide in preaching mode in Logos will cause it to advance in Proclaim. But that only works for churches using Proclaim
