Problems running videos
I get the following error message when trying to run any video of "Epic: An Around-the-World Journey through Christian History (Videos)"
I do have Internet.
I tried the steps described here:

but deleting the downloaded videos and trying to download them again did not help.
Grateful for any suggestions.

I find that these videos play fine on a Windows computer, but I am unable to view them in Mac.
I am reporting this problem to our team, so that it can be fixed.

Issue resolved: This resource just contained huge videos that took a long time to download over my slow internet connection. All good now.
PS: I am using a Mac running Catalina.
