I believe that I purchased it as part of a base package. I personally do not remember it going on sale too often, if at all.

I checked my order history and saw I paid about $115 for it, not as part of a bundle. I can recall but would guess I probably got the prepub price for it.
A base package would be the ideal way do get it, but it doesn't look like it's in one for L9, which is too bad.
