How do I install Piper's Manuscripts on Logos 4 Mac?
I tried Scan Optical Media, but nothing happened.
It is a Libronix CD.
I got it -- you have to call customer service first.
For future reference. If one receives a product on a disc with a serial number there is a way of activating that through Logos4. If you place the disc in the drive prior to opening Logos4, then open Logos4 you should be prompted for a serial number. At that point entering in the number should activated the product to your account and the resources should be available to you. If this does not occur then calling Customer Service to have it activated would be advisable. Be sure to try my method first and to tell the rep that you tried it. That way if it seems to be a pattern that activating does not work we can look into it.
For your records, Logos 4, on the Mac and in Windows (in VMware Fusion 3), did not prompt me for the serial number.
However, I am happily using it on all three platforms after calling customer service [:D]
