Updated Study Bible Notes

Newcomer to Logos.

I have a collection of study Bibles in my print library. Ideally I would like to include them into my Logos 4 digital library for convenient reference/study. With the help of these forums I understand most are available for Logos 4. However, it appears that they are not the updated versions I presently have in my library (most being revised around 2005-07). Of particular interest is obtaining a copy of the revised notes for the Nelson Study Bible (New King James Study Bible) and the MacArthur Study Bible (NASB).

Could someone be kind enough to please comment on this matter? If my understanding is correct, does anyone know if there are any (real) plans in the work to provide the updated editions for these (and other popular study Bibles) in the near future? Finally, I would appreciate knowing whether the maps, graphics, and such are included in the Logos 4 version?

I haven't looked into the publication dates of any of these study bibles you mention, but I do have a number of them in my L4 library. I can confirm that there are maps and charts included at least for the NLT study bible, the MacArthur study bible and the apologetics study bible.

Both of these "updated" study bibles are available now. The MacArthur updated NASB study bible is included in the version 2 of MacArthur Lifeworks, and the Nelson NKJV study bible 2nd edition is on the Jeremiah Lifeworks version 2 package. And, yes they do have all the charts and maps the print versions have.

Thank you for the responses. I thought the revised version was available in the MacArthur Lifeworks, just was hoping to acquire it separately. This raises a question. If I buy a study Bible (notes), do I have free/discounted access to its revision? From the MacArthur situation I gather not.

The NKJV Study Bible 2nd edition and the MacArthur Study Bible NASB are available separtely for sale from Nelson Publishers on their website. For some reason Logos is not offering these titles for sale at this time, they do have the 1st edition of the Macarthur Study Bible, just not the new 2nd edition.

As my memory serves, it depends on the original publisher - less so on Logos.
