Logos4 usually needs several attempts to sign in online

When I try to sign in to Logos4 online, I usually need at least 2 or 3 attempts.  Is this normal?  I have a very slow internet connection, but want to be online so I can report typos.

That experience has not been normal for me.  I generally get logged in immediately.  I suspect it may have more to do with your internet connection or with related network lag.

You might upload logos4.log after a failed attempt - see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
