I am interesting in getting the journals in Logos. Do they ever go on sale?  I do have the Galaxie collection, but that is it.

    No. I've never seen the collections go on sale.

    The Journal of Moral Theology (if it counts) was on sale last month. I held off too long though.

    Individual journal series go on sale from time to time but the big journal collections with many different journals don't seem to go on sale.

    Ah, I see how I misunderstood you now. Yeah, if you mean those giant collections, I've never seen them go on sale either.

    Here's what I did. First, there was a time I didn't have any journal and I wanted them. That's back when Galaxy was the only ones to get journals from. When Faithlife took over and started doing journals my very first purchase was large to acquire the first collection. Since then I have stayed updated each release and currently my prepub price for Master Journal 6.2 is less than $20.

    Don't forget Galaxy still has a Journal package and you get dynamic pricing on it. Journals are a major purchase but after the initial purchase stay updated and you get updates very inexpensive.

    Yes, journal collections do go on sale, but usually they are “unadvertised” on the site.  For example, last summer they did 50% off journal bundles as a call-in only sale:

    I didn’t have the $ at the time to pick this up, but in March of this year they did a 40% off Master Journal 5.4 deal with a promo code from one of the Morris Proctor seminars, so I picked it up then.

    Thanks.  Maybe they will offer a sale like that again.  [:)]

    Good reminder ... I picked up maybe $125 worth for $19. I guess 6.2 ships in June.

    You can get all of the issues of Themelios for free by buying them through the links on the Themelios archive page on the Gospel Coalition website. They have a coupon code embedded into those links. I'm not allowed to post the coupon code here, but if you can use Google, you'll find the page to click the links from to get each of these issues for $0.

    @Rosie

    Thanks.  I do keep up with the Themelios journals.
